Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Max Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miike Roshop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roshop comes into a darkened arena with his song building. cant tell me nothing kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Miike Roshop looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Max Power!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Miike Roshop!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Dean Styles and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power throws a leg kick which misses Roshop's front leg but catches the back leg as Roshop tries to avoid it.
Roshop looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Power explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Power connects with a high kick.
Power tries to clinch up but Roshop circles away and keeps his distance.
Roshop is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Roshop takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Roshop fails to land the takedown.
Power misses with a wild combination.
Power shoots in but no luck this time.
Power throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Roshop has picked Power up - he's going for a ride! Roshop dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Power on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Power tries to get out of the position.

Roshop is pressing down on Power's thigh, looking to free his foot. Power is holding on for now.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Power is looking to clinch but Roshop is avoiding it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Power looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Roshop throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Max Power is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Roshop bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Power's guard.

Roshop stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Power swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Power is looking to stand up but Roshop isn't so interested in that idea.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Roshop is stalling in the full guard.
Roshop pushes down on Power's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Roshop working Power over with strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Miike Roshop will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!


Roshop rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Power moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A solid leg kick lands there for Power.
Power buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Max Power seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Roshop counters with a single leg into guard. Power didn't expect that.

Power pushes Roshop off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Roshop tries for a takedown but Power sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Roshop fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Power shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Roshop as he jumps to the side.

Roshop misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Power gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Roshop controls from within his opponent's guard.
Power wants to stand up but Roshop is controlling him.
Power keeping moving, preventing Roshop from controlling successfully.

Roshop won't allow Power to get back to his feet.

Power pushes Roshop off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Power rushes Roshop and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Come on Power - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Roshop wants to break the clinch but can't.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Power tries to break the clinch but Roshop is controlling the position.
Roshop keeps control of Power as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Power using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Roshop has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Power unloads a knee to the mid-section. Roshop lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Power changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Roshop tries to avoid it but Power manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Roshop to the ground. Roshop escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
