Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matthias Lehner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lehner comes to the cage accompanied by Justice - Genesis. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matthias Lehner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jacob Thunder! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lehner tries to bum rush Thunder with a series of wild strikes but Thunder uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Thunder fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lehner, pushing him back against the cage. Lehner breaks from the clinch.
Lehner looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Nice sprawl there from Lehner as Thunder shoots in. Thunder missing with a left hand there. Lehner was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Thunder misses with a wild combination.
Thunder throws a head kick that misses. Thunder takes the fight into the clinch. Lehner is trying to break free. Lehner can't break the clinch.

Thunder drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lehner gets the underhooks and prevents it.

and Thunder counters with a shoot takedown. Lehner fights it but they end up in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thunder wants to control from the top but Lehner keeps moving. Thunder prevents Lehner from getting back to his feet. Lehner keeping moving, preventing Thunder from controlling successfully. Thunder forces his way into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Thunder in particular looking to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Thunder is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lehner doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Thunder. Thunder seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lehner does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Thunder looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lehner wants to stand back up but Thunder manages to pass into side control.
Thunder tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Thunder has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Thunder is looking to take a break and control but Lehner is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Thunder avoids a punch combination nicely.

It looks like Jacob Thunder has been cut. Lehner tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Thunder is still in real trouble! Can Lehner finish him? Thunder seems to have recovered his senses. Thunder is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Lehner escapes and gets back to his feet. Lehner throws a combination that misses and Thunder counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Lehner! Lehner is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Thunder dominating with strikes here. Lehner is wriggling around trying to escape.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Thunder looking to ground and pound but Lehner is blocking nicely. Thunder avoids the attempt from Lehner to control. Thunder thowing shots but they're missing. Lehner is squirming around, avoiding Thunder's attempts to control the action.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Thunder in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Thunder can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lehner is looking to escape. Lehner really wants to buck Thunder off and get back to his feet. Thunder trying to control but Lehner is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Matthias Lehner will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jacob Thunder's cut. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Thunder stands and throws Lehner's legs to the side, diving into side control. Thunder takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Thunder stands up and we're back to a striking position. Lehner swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Thunder counters with a low kick, right behind Lehner 's knee. Thunder throws a push kick but Lehner slaps the foot to one side. Lehner will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lehner throws a combination that misses and Thunder counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Lehner is trying to break the clinch but Thunder has him pressed against the cage. Lehner tries to break the clinch but Thunder is controlling the position. A short body shot lands from Thunder as the two fighters clinch.

and Thunder counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Thunder sitting in guard, not really doing much. Thunder prevents Lehner from getting back to his feet. Lehner is trying to control the position but Thunder postures up. Thunder throwing strikes but missing.

and Thunder counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Thunder. Lehner wants to hit a switch here but Thunder passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Lehner there!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lehner tries to control Thunder's body but Thunder pushes him off. Lehner squirms to his side and now Thunder has his back! Thunder throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Lehner is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
And that's the end of the fight! Jacob Thunder comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Thunder has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
