Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between James Morse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Misual Lalpa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lalpa is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Seek n Destroy. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, James Morse! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Misual Lalpa! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lalpa shoots in looking for a takedown. Morse tries to sprawl out of it but Lalpa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Morse manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Morse scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Morse prevents Lalpa from standing back up.
Lalpa looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Lalpa wants to get back to full guard. Morse wants to stand up but Lalpa has a hold of him and won't allow it. Lalpa is looking for a sweep. Morse is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Morse wants to pass the guard but Lalpa is defending well. Lalpa moves into full guard.
Morse stands up and waves to Lalpa to follow him. Morse throws a right and a left that both miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morse misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lalpa is trying hard to land a takedown here. Morse sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Lalpa avoids the body shot from Morse.
Morse is looking to land body kicks. Lalpa shoots in looking for a takedown. Morse tries to sprawl out of it but Lalpa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Morse manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. James Morse has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Misual Lalpa. Lalpa fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Morse throws a shot from downtown. Lalpa moves away and avoids it. Morse misses with a wild body shot. Morse feints and as Lalpa raises his hands in defense, Morse changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Morse wants to stand but Lalpa is controlling his posture from full guard. Morse has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Lalpa looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Lalpa wants to sweep here but Morse controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Morse lands a couple of elbows. Lalpa is looking for a triangle but Morse pushes his legs off easily.
Lalpa had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Morse defends it easily. Morse drops back looking for a leg! Lalpa is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lalpa manages to kick Morse off! Morse jumps back into Lalpa's guard. Morse knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lalpa on the ground. Morse is looking to stand up but Lalpa won't let him. Morse is posturing up here but Lalpa has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Morse tries to roll out but it's too tight and Morse has to tap! Slick submission there by Lalpa!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Misual Lalpa! Misual Lalpa tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
