Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Will West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen Action Bronson - Barry Horowitz as his entrance music. Jeff Jackson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Will West! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jeff Jackson! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Danga de danga de dang - Jackson scores with a four punch combination! Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from West lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jackson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jackson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Jackson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of West's head. Sloppy strikes from Jackson. Those never looked like landing. West throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
West throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jackson counters with a head kick. That will keep West thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! West manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Jackson on his heels. He'll look to pass Jackson's guard now, I'm sure. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as West accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. West scoring with punches to the head and body. West wants to pass the guard but Jackson is keeping the position. West controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Jackson seems keen to control West's posture. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. West stops Jackson from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. West sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jackson's guard. Jackson tries to get to full guard but West has control of the leg. Jackson trying to hold on to West's head to control him but West postures up.
Jackson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Jackson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are battling for position here. Jackson manages to regain full guard. Nice work. West has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Jackson preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. West lands a couple of elbows. Jackson has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. West doesn't defend quickly enough and Jackson has managed to lock this one up! Can West escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Jackson on a fantastic submission victory.
