Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mad Max (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and RZ Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mad Max!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, RZ Silva!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a big shot that misses.
Silva waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Max.
Max ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Silva with a body punch. A glancing blow.
The fighters circle momentarily. Silva darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Max fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away.

Max closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Silva did well to prevent Max getting side control.
Silva manages to get to full guard.
Max postures up.

Max got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silva has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Max has managed to get both his arms back between Silva's legs - danger averted.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Silva had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Max defends it easily.
Max trying to control but Silva is working from the bottom.

Silva is looking to sinch up a triangle. Max throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Silva's body to avoid the submission. Silva has instead reached around Max's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Silva arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
