Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hessu Hopo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hopo comes to the cage accompanied by Gers Pardoel - Ik Neem Je Mee . Mir comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Spoilin For A Fight kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mir takes one on the button.
It looks like Frank Mir has been cut.
Mir shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hopo defends it nicely.
Mir is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hopo.
Hopo tries to clinch up but Mir circles away and keeps his distance.

Hopo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Mir escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hopo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Mir has his foot on Hopo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hopo works his way back into a safe position though.
Hopo is sitting in close to Mir's body. Mir has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Hopo is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Hopo is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Mir.
