Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Michal Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, John Mclane!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mclane on his heels. He'll look to pass Mclane's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Silva loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Silva not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Mclane looking to hit a scissor sweep but Silva is one step ahead there.
Mclane is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Silva defends well.
Silva sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Silva might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Silva has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Michal Silva has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Silva looks for a takedown but Mclane sprawls well.

Silva shoots in and drives through. Mclane sprawls well.
Nice takedown defense from Mclane. No joy for Silva on that attempt.

Silva closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mclane circles away.

Mclane works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Silva walks into a stiff left hand from Mclane.

Mclane connects with a body shot that sends Silva's belly button to the back.
A decent looking cross lands there for Mclane.
Mclane lands a big uppercut and Silva crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Silva looks OK. Mclane waves Silva back to his feet!
Silva is rocked!
Mclane is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Mclane shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Silva takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Mclane sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Silva bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Mclane!
In his post fight interview, John Mclane started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
