Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Kendall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chase Fowler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kendall kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kool Moe Dee - I Go To Work. This should be a great matchup!

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Bruno Lombardi and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fowler takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Fowler misses with a takedown attempt
and Kendall counters with a series of strikes. Fowler will be more careful next time no doubt.

Fowler shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Fowler showed some decent athleticism there.
Kendall is trying to stand.

Kendall has one foot on Fowler's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Fowler has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kendall.
Fowler doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Kendall counters with a body kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kendall cracks Fowler with a right hand to the side of the head.
Fowler blocks a head kick by Kendall.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kendall getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Kendall goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
A head kick from Kendall lands but Fowler takes it in his stride.
Nice body punch from Kendall.
Kendall dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fowler. That did some damage!

Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Kendall!

Fowler is rocked!
Kendall cracks Fowler with a left hook right on the temple and Fowler goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Kendall lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Fowler is OK!
