And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munsy scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
McDaniels throws out a loose jab but Munsy uses good head movement to avoid it.
McDaniels shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
McDaniels wants to get back to his feet.
McDaniels throws a strike but Munsy avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
McDaniels working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Munsy is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McDaniels has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Munsy is proving hard to escape from.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Scooter McDaniels.
Munsy throws a nice looking combination but McDaniels bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Munsy tries a head kick but it misses.

McDaniels shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Munsy napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Munsy has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Munsy is landing big shots and McDaniels is squirming looking to escape! He can't escape though and the ref jumps in to end the fight!
