Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Sentsinov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergei Sentsinov!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Vladimir Khabensky and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Liddell.
Liddell is looking to clinch.
Sentsinov lands a nice shot that snaps Liddell's head back.
Liddell tries to clinch but Sentsinov moves out of range.

Sentsinov gets a double leg takedown into Liddell's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Sentsinov postures up.
Liddell is looking to stand up but Sentsinov isn't so interested in that idea.
Liddell is pulling down on Sentsinov's head to control his posture.

Liddell drops back looking for a leg! Sentsinov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sentsinov manages to kick Liddell off! Liddell jumps back into Sentsinov's guard.

Sentsinov pulls Liddell in close to his closed guard and prevents Liddell from doing any damage or advancing position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sentsinov is on top in guard.

We're going to have a standup here because Chuck Liddell wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Sentsinov shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Liddell napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Sentsinov throwing strikes but Liddell manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

Liddell is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Sentsinov will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sloppy strikes there by Liddell.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sentsinov can do anything to dispel that myth.

That was a close round but I would say that Chuck Liddell will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Sentsinov is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Liddell is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Sentsinov tries to score a body lock takedown but Liddell shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Liddell shoots in looking for a takedown. Sentsinov tries to sprawl out of it but Liddell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sentsinov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Chuck Liddell overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Sentsinov holds on and takes a little breather.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Liddell tries to free his leg and advance position but Sentsinov is retaining full guard.

Sergei Sentsinov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Sentsinov has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
