Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Robin Lehner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson has chosen Bone Crusher- Never Scared as his entrance music. Floyd Johnson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Robin Lehner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Floyd Johnson! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Lehner misses with a straight left. Lehner scores with a nice right hand.

Johnson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lehner but Lehner pushes him off and we're back to square one. Lehner stuffs the takedown attempt from Johnson. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet. Lehner slips a jab and a cross from Johnson.

That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lehner's waist but Lehner gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side. Robin Lehner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Floyd Johnson. Johnson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lehner sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Johnson throws a combination that misses and Johnson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lehner clobbers Johnson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Johnson scores with a body shot.

Lehner is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. A lazy left from Lehner finds it's target.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson fails miserably with a takedown attempt. A cross from Lehner lands. Lehner is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Lehner stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Johnson slips a jab from Lehner. Lehner with a nice cross. Lehner cracks Johnson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Lehner throws a right hand that Johnson ducks under and follows up with a left that Johnson also avoids with ease. Lehner stuffs the takedown. Lehner staying out of range there. Johnson moves away from the strike by Lehner.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson misses with a takedown attempt and Lehner counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Johnson shoots in but no luck this time. Johnson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Lehner counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Johnson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lehner swivels and escapes. Lehner connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Robin Lehner is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Johnson on the wrong end of a nice hook. Johnson fails to land the takedown. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lehner swinging wildly here.

Lehner scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Johnson shoots in for a takedown but Lehner shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Johnson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Johnson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lehner keeps working. Lehner is looking for a sweep. You can see the frustration on Lehner's face as Johnson controls the position. Johnson tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Johnson is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lehner wants to control but Johnson postures up. Lehner stops Johnson from passing to mount. Lehner is trying to control Johnson's posture but Johnson avoids it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Johnson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lehner to score with a decent uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lehner throws an overhand right that lands on Johnson's shoulder, as Johnson tries to avoid the shot. A jab from Lehner finds it's way through Johnson's defenses. Johnson throws out a loose jab but Lehner uses good head movement to avoid it. Johnson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lehner. Johnson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Lehner scores with a jab to the jaw. Lehner cracks Johnson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Lehner catches Johnson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's going to take a lot out of Floyd Johnson. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Johnson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Johnson seems to have recovered his senses. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Nice straight punches there by Lehner. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Lehner. Johnson takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Lehner throws an overhand right that lands on Johnson's shoulder, as Johnson tries to avoid the shot.

Johnson has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Johnson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Lehner counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Johnson thinking. Lehner lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. BOOM! Lehner lands a beautiful left hook that drops Johnson. Johnson tries to recover but Lehner is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Johnson lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robin Lehner! A relieved looking Robin Lehner thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
