The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Jameson does no damage.
Ngeimai shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jameson.
Ngeimai throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jameson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ngeimai is in Jameson's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Jameson wants to stand but Ngeimai is controlling the position.
Jameson is trying to keep Ngeimai in close.

Ngeimai is controlling Jameson's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Ngeimai will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Ngeimai is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Jameson has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Ngeimai pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Ngeimai postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Jameson looks a forlorn figure.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Lance Ngeimai overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Ngeimai looks up at the clock and then as Jameson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Ngeimai smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Ngeimai lands a strong strike to the head of Jameson. That's dazed him! Ngeimai looking to finish here. Jameson is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Ngeimai lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
