The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bum gets caught napping as Abott dives in and scores a takedown. Bum manages to retain guard.

Bum is trying to control Abott's posture but Abott avoids it.

Abott wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bum, who protects the arm well.

Bum has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Abott can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Bum shoots in looking for a takedown but Abott manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bum's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Abott lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Abott clinches up with Bum and pushes him back against the cage.
Bum is looking to control Abott's arms but Abott gets an underhook and turns him. Now Bum has his back to the cage.

Abott manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Abott has Bum pulled in close to control his posture.
Abott wants to sweep here but Bum controlling him for the moment.

Bum gets to his feet - Abott follows without any prompting.
Abott circles away from the clinch attempt.

Abott shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Abott is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Bum knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Bum for a finish.

Abott seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bum does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Abott is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Abott takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
