Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Donnica Conor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mikey Kim is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Donnica Conor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mikey Kim! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kim shoots for a double leg takedown but Conor sprawls well. He's pushed Kim's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Kim lands with a straight right. Conor didn't see that one coming. Kim checks the leg kick nicely there.
Kim wants to clinch up but Conor keeps it at a distance. Kim wants to clinch. Nice takedown defense from Conor. No joy for Kim on that attempt. Kim stalks Conor and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Conor's face. Conor staggers backwards, shaken. Kim throws a right and a left that Conor avoids nicely. Conor shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kim as he jumps to the side. A nice combination there by Kim.
Kim shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Conor counters by clinching up. Donnica Conor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikey Kim. Conor lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Kim turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Conor can't do much from the bottom here. Kim wants to control but Conor is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kim blocks the strikes from Conor.
Kim working away. Kim has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Conor! Conor really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Kim tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Conor is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Conor is working to get back to half guard.
Conor wants to control but Kim is having none of it. Conor is trying to escape the mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Conor bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Kim has control of Conor's left arm, preventing Conor from doing any damage. Conor is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kim is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Conor sitting in guard, not really doing much. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Mikey Kim will probably get the nod. That's time! Conor's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Nice uppercut there from Kim. Conor moves in looking to clinch but Kim pushes him off. The fight moves into the clinch position. Conor keeps control of Kim as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Conor works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Kim being controlled here, momentarily. Conor trying to control but Kim is working from the bottom. Conor is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kim is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kim has escaped and now he's on top! Conor tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Conor looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Kim wants to control from the top but Conor keeps moving. Conor working a defensive guard here.
Kim controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Conor looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Conor throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Conor wants to hit a switch here but Kim passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Conor there! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Conor is looking to get to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Conor is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Kim controlling from mount. Conor is squirming around, avoiding Kim's attempts to control the action. Conor is looking to get to half guard. Conor is working hard here to advance position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Conor tries to lock up and control but Kim gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Conor is looking to get to half guard. Kim looking to control but Conor is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Kim looking to control and managing it successfully. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Conor is desperately trying to improve his position but Kim has a good base and remains in mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Mikey Kim will probably get the nod - 10:9. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Mikey Kim is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kim throws a right and a left that Conor avoids nicely. Conor shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kim as he avoids it easily. Kim lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Kim lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Conor tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Kim scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Conor is trying to get back to full guard. Conor keeping hold of Kim's head, controlling as best he can. Conor trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Donnica Conor has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kim trying to control but he's not successful this time. Conor tries to reverse the position but Kim maintains control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Conor tries to hold on but Kim pushes him away. Kim raining down shots from the mount!
And that's the end of the fight! Mikey Kim comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kim winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
