Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Barney Stinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Tracey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tracey has chosen Metallica - Seek & Destroy as his entrance music. Barney Stinson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Barney Stinson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rob Tracey! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tracey is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Stinson's half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Stinson wants to get back to his feet. Tracey is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tracey slows the pace down in half guard. Stinson on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tracey in particular looking to stall. Tracey scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tracey moves nicely into side control. Stinson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tracey on the ground. Stinson wants to control but Tracey postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tracey scores with punches from side control. Tracey remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Tracey has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Stinson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Stinson is working to avoid the ground and pound but Tracey connects with a decent elbow. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stinson tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Tracey easily slips into full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tracey working Stinson over with strikes here. Tracey landing strikes from the mount and Stinson is in trouble!
Stinson is rocked! A big strike lands for Tracey! That's really hurt Stinson and he's turned his back - Tracey keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Tracey jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rob Tracey! Rob Tracey seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
