The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thiago swats away the attempt to clinch by Lee.
Thiago tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Lee manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Lee has his takedown stuffed
and Thiago counters with a nice double leg into side control. Lee won't be happy with that.
Thiago scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Lee to see if he's OK.

Thiago has control of an arm but Lee manages to advance to Thiago's back!
Thiago defends a prolonged rear naked choke attempt and turns nicely into his opponent's guard.
