Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomasz Adamek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chodor Eriemilyanenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adamek comes to the cage accompanied by I Am The Sword - Motorhead . Tomasz Adamek could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Chodor Eriemilyanenko's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 17 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tomasz Adamek! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Chodor Eriemilyanenko! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eriemilyanenko shoots in and gets a takedown into Adamek's guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Adamek working a defensive guard here.
Adamek is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Adamek is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Eriemilyanenko defends well. Eriemilyanenko throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Adamek works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Eriemilyanenko wants to pass the guard but Adamek is keeping the position. Adamek can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Eriemilyanenko controls the pace. Adamek is looking for a triangle but Eriemilyanenko pushes his legs off easily.
Adamek throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Eriemilyanenko escapes and throws Adamek's legs to the side, diving into side control! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Adamek tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adamek manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Adamek is pressing down on Eriemilyanenko's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Adamek is on top in guard.
Eriemilyanenko wants to stand and escape but Adamek is having none of it. Adamek throwing strikes but missing. Adamek looking to pass the guard. Eriemilyanenko wants to stand up but Adamek is controlling him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adamek content to stall in guard here. Adamek throwing strikes but missing. Eriemilyanenko is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Adamek is controlling him. Eriemilyanenko is wriggling around but Adamek manages to pass to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eriemilyanenko is staying active underneath Adamek, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Eriemilyanenko is trying to stand back up but Adamek is controlling him
Adamek is trying to control. Eriemilyanenko wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Eriemilyanenko wants to get back to his feet. Adamek is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Adamek landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Adamek tries to pass the half guard into mount. Eriemilyanenko knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Adamek stops Eriemilyanenko from getting back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Adamek takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Adamek is keen to just control but Eriemilyanenko is a slippery customer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Tomasz Adamek. Adamek closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Adamek lands in his opponent's guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Adamek is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Adamek prevents Eriemilyanenko from getting back to his feet. Adamek with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Adamek trying to control the position from guard on top but Eriemilyanenko is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Adamek won't allow Eriemilyanenko to get back to his feet. Adamek is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Eriemilyanenko drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Adamek keeps Eriemilyanenko under control for a moment. Eriemilyanenko is looking to take a break and control but Adamek is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Adamek is positioning himself to get back to half guard. You can see the frustration on Adamek's face as Eriemilyanenko controls the position. Adamek sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Adamek misses with some strikes from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Adamek is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Eriemilyanenko pulls his head out easily. Eriemilyanenko missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Eriemilyanenko wants to pass the guard but Adamek is defending well. Adamek wants to get back to full guard. Adamek is working hard here to advance position. Eriemilyanenko throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Adamek trying to control but Eriemilyanenko postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Adamek actively working from the bottom here. Eriemilyanenko is thwarting Adamek's attempts to control the position. Eriemilyanenko sitting and controlling from the half guard. Adamek is trying to control but Eriemilyanenko passes into side control!
Adamek is looking to reverse the position. Eriemilyanenko landing strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eriemilyanenko trying to control the action but Adamek is working from the bottom. Adamek prevents Eriemilyanenko from improving position. Eriemilyanenko scores with a couple of short elbows. Adamek is looking to reverse the position. Eriemilyanenko taking a break here but Adamek is having none of it and regains half guard. Adamek moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Tomasz Adamek overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Eriemilyanenko is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Adamek has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Eriemilyanenko is looking to defend but Adamek has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Eriemilyanenko! Adamek pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Eriemilyanenko taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Tomasz Adamek! A relieved looking Tomasz Adamek thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
