Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Keith Channell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bob Jab Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab Johnson shoots in but Channell avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Channell misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jab Johnson shoots for a double leg takedown but Channell sprawls well. He's pushed Jab Johnson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jab Johnson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Channell can pounce on him.
Jab Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch but Channell swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jab Johnson tries a head kick but it misses.
Channell scores with a sloppy right hand. Jab Johnson should have avoided that one.
Jab Johnson walks forward, straight into a front kick from Channell.

Jab Johnson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Channell can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bob Jab Johnson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jab Johnson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Jab Johnson there as he acknowledges the shot.

and Channell counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Channell leaves Jab Johnson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Jab Johnson throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Channell escapes and throws Jab Johnson's legs to the side, diving into side control!
