Bennett wants to clinch.
Bennett misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Solseng ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Bennett doesn't manage to clinch there - Solseng circles away.

Charles Bennett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Solseng fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bennett on the side of the head.

Bennett on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Solseng throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Solseng turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Bennett sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Solseng connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Solseng keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Solseng drops Bennett with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Bennett looks back up at him and smiles so Solseng waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Bennett is rocked!
Solseng batters Bennett with a massive right followed by a huge left! Bennett is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Solseng lands a final crushing right hand to drop Bennett to the mat with a gruesome thud! Solseng is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ole Solseng!
