Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Coke Poep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen Wiley - Take That as his entrance music. Jason Lee has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Coke Poep's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 22 - 0, fighting out of London, Jason Lee!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poep dodges the punch combination from Lee.
Lee keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Poep decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Poep manages to reverse the position and now he's in Lee's guard. Nice work there by Poep.

Poep thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

A close round but Jason Lee will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Poep has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lee finds it's way round the side to connect with Poep's head.

Poep bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lee looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lee misses with a body shot.

Lee ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
A head kick misses from Lee.

Lee moves into range and clinches up with Poep.
Lee tries to land a knee to the head but Poep blocks with his arms.

Lee throws an elbow but it misses.
Poep wants a takedown but no success here.
Lee lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Poep or not.
Lee with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Lee digs a right hand underneath Poep's ribcage. Poep let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Lee misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Lee connects with a nasty looking knee right to Poep's face.

Lee gets underhooks to prevent Poep's takedown attempt.

Lee is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Poep gets his way!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Poep avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
