The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Realfli shoots in for a double leg but Shoop sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Shoop throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Realfli blocks a head kick by Shoop.
Shoop throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Shoop tries a head kick but it misses.
Realfli misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Realfli shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Shoop as he jumps to the side.
Shoop throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Shoop throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Realfli shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Escobar Realfli. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Realfli is breathing heavily.
Shoop cracks Realfli with a big right hand and Realfli goes down!
Realfli is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shoop decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Oh Realfli is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shoop misses with a few strikes there.
Realfli closes the distance and clinches up with Shoop, looking for a takedown. Realfli pushes Shoop against the cage but Shoop circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Both fighters circling a little - Shoop finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Realfli seems to have got his legs back now.
Shoop lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Realfli falls backwards - clearly groggy! Shoop dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Choy Shoop!
