Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carter Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Morton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Carter Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Andre Morton! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morton moves into the clinch successfully.
Brown manages to pull guard.
Brown throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Brown looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Morton puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Brown strikes from the bottom but Morton passes into mount!
Morton controlling his opponent. Brown tries to hold on but Morton postures up. Brown could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morton breaks from Brown's wrist control and lands an elbow. Brown might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Brown tries to get back to half guard but can't. Morton postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Brown looks a forlorn figure.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Brown tries to get out of the position. Morton controlling the position easily from mount. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Morton cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Brown is in all sorts of trouble here.
The referee warns Brown that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Brown knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Morton on the ground. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Morton pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Morton content just to control the position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andre Morton dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Brown looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Morton regains full guard. Nicely done. Brown lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Morton has Brown pulled in close to control his posture. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Morton is on top in guard.
Brown is striking off his back. Morton thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Well, if Morton is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Morton looking to control and managing it successfully. Brown is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Morton has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Brown's face.

Morton looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Brown is fending him off so far but Morton persists. Nope, Brown circles away and we're back to standing. Brown clinches. Brown is trying to drag Morton to the mat but Morton just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Brown is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Morton is defending well. Brown has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Morton regains guard immediately. Morton has his feet on Brown's thighs here. He's pushed Brown off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Brown screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
