The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jakobz jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Jakobz throws out a powerful jab.
Garcia drops his hands momentarily and Jakobz takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Garcia avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jakobz throws a sloppy head kick and Garcia moves out of range easily.
Jakobz throws a series of punches but Garcia avoids them all with ease.
Jay Jakobz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jakobz fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Garcia staying out of range there.
A slapping leg kick lands for Jakobz.
A head kick from Jakobz lands but Garcia takes it in his stride.
It looks like Devon Garcia has been cut.
Jakobz bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Garcia's head.

Jakobz walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Garcia drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Jakobz swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Garcia's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
