The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lytle shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Lytle was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Lytle landing strikes from the mount. Lytle looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Lytle has control of Von Bork's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Von Bork regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Von Bork is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Lytle is working for a guillotine from mount but Von Bork frees his head quite easily.
Lytle sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lytle is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Von Bork is surviving well by controlling Lytle's body position as best he can. Lytle is breathing heavily. Von Bork is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Lytle throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Lytle looking to secure an arm triangle but Von Bork defends it well. Von Bork is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lytle wants to take Von Bork's back here but Von Bork is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Lytle is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Von Bork has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Von Bork wants to try and get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lytle looking to isolate an arm here. Von Bork doesn't see it coming and as Lytle extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Lytle!
