Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Kingston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alman Maleh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alman Maleh told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alman Maleh!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingston misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kingston fails with a takedown attempt.
Maleh misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Maleh, right into the meat.
Maleh misses with a head kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Maleh looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Maleh pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Maleh stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ben Kingston. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kingston blocks a head kick by Maleh.
Maleh shoots in for a double leg but Kingston sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Maleh throws a head kick but Kingston moves out of range.

Kingston shoots for a takedown but Maleh saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Maleh misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A head kick lands from Maleh that sends Kingston to the canvas. Kingston tries to scramble back to his feet but Maleh brings him back down into side control.
Kingston is rocked!
It looks like Ben Kingston has been cut.
Kingston tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Oh Kingston is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kingston gets back to half guard.
Kingston seems to have got his legs back now.
Maleh looks gassed!
Kingston actively working from the bottom here.
Kingston makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kingston.

Maleh stopping the sweep attempt from Kingston.
Maleh has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Kingston to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Maleh is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Kingston pulls down on the head and he's put Maleh to sleep! This one is all over!
