Tanner throws a right and a left that Hughes avoids nicely.
Tanner looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

and Hughes counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Hughes cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A telegraphed right hand from Hughes misses the target.
Tanner uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hughes.
Tanner throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Tanner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
