The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waul misses with an uppercut. Amazon saw that one coming.
Amazon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Waul misses the body punch
and Amazon counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Amazon takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like Oscar Amazon has been cut.
That kick from Amazon tenderised Waul's leg. Waul is trying to keep his angry face on.
Amazon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Waul throws out the jab.
Amazon is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Waul misses the shot to the body.
Amazon takes one to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Amazon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Waul moves away.
Amazon waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Waul.
Waul ducks under a wild hook from Amazon.
Amazon jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
A slow jab from Waul misses its intended target.
Waul lands a glancing blow to the side of Amazon's head.
Waul scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Waul throws a hook but Amazon avoids it easily.
Amazon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Waul.
Good leg kick by Amazon there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Waul looks winded!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Waul walks into a stiff left hand from Amazon.
Amazon avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Waul takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Amazon lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Paul Waul seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Amazon misses with a straight right.
Waul throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
A solid leg kick lands there for Amazon.
Waul takes one to the chin there.
Amazon goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Amazon with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Amazon cracks Waul with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Waul looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Amazon finish him?

Amazon lands a big right hand that sends Waul crashing to the mat! Amazon stays standing though and waves Waul back to his feet!

Waul is rocked!
Amazon connects with a nice cross there... Waul is looking wobbly and Amazon recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Waul to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Amazon jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
