The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wittman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Tees has his takedown stuffed
and Wittman counters with a shoot takedown. Tees fights it but they end up in guard.
Tees looking for a sweep. Not yet Tees, not yet.
Wittman thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Tees had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Wittman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Tees Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Wittman's back instead.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wittman slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Wittman has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Tees is in real trouble here. Wittman gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Tees is tapping out! Wittman wins by rear naked choke!
