Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deangelo Jeremetrius Vickers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Santiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vickers comes to the cage accompanied by Boats N' Hoes. Santiago has chosen Rick Ross - Superhigh as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vickers avoids the body shot from Santiago.
Vickers clinches up against the cage. Santiago misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Santiago lands a left hand that snaps the head of Vickers backwards. A head punch on the inside from Santiago fails to land. Santiago misses with a hook from the clinch. Santiago has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Santiago. Santiago misses with the head strike.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Santiago lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Vickers just misses with a elbow thrown towards Santiago's brow. Santiago throws a punch but it's blocked by Vickers. Santiago tries to throw a body punch but Vickers avoids it by throwing Santiago back against the cage. Santiago lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Vickers looks to throw an elbow but misses. Santiago working aggressively here.
Santiago swings wildly with an uppercut but Vickers uses good head movement to avoid it. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Vickers tries to throw a body punch but Santiago avoids it by throwing Vickers back against the cage. Santiago scores with an uppercut up the middle. Santiago throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Vickerss head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ricardo Santiago dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Vickers is rocked! Santiago tries to close the distance and clinch up but Vickers swats him away and circles back towards the center. Vickers avoids the body shot from Santiago.
Santiago defending well as Vickers loads up on a big left hand. Vickers tries to clinch but Santiago is having none of it. Vickers lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Santiago has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Santiago there as he acknowledges the shot. A jab lands there for Vickers. Santiago swats away the attempt to clinch by Vickers. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Santiago throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vickers takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Vickers throws a head kick that misses. Santiago is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Santiago walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Vickers drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Santiago swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Vickers's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
