Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jhon Dodsoon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Pupkoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jhon Dodsoon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Pupkoff! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dodsoon tries to keep at a distance but Pupkoff has taken the fight into the clinch. Pupkoff slows down the pace here.
Pupkoff manages to break the clinch.
Pupkoff moves in looking to clinch but Dodsoon pushes him off. Dodsoon misses with a takedown attempt - Pupkoff sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Pupkoff jabs at Dodsoon's body. Good leg kick by Pupkoff there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Pupkoff shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pupkoff missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pupkoff trying to control the action but Dodsoon is working from the bottom. Pupkoff tries to stand and escape but Dodsoon actually recovers to full guard. Pupkoffis looking to pass into half guard but Dodsoon pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Dodsoon is in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dodsoon stays in close to Pupkoff's body and controls the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dodsoon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pupkoff swivels though and keeps the full guard. Dodsoon is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Dodsoon pushes down on Pupkoff's leg and manages to get into half guard. Still in half guard, Dodsoon seems content to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pupkoff looking for submissions off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dodsoon looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Pupkoff wants to control but Dodsoon is keeping busy.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pupkoff can do anything to dispel that myth. Dodsoon moves nicely into side control. Dodsoon advances to full mount. Pupkoff tries to lock up and control but Dodsoon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Dodsoon controlling the pace for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dodsoon's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
We're going to have a standup here because Jhon Dodsoon wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Pupkoff attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pupkoff drives through and clinches with Dodsoon against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ivan Pupkoff will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Pupkoff looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Pupkoff landing some decent shots from guard. Pupkoff working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Pupkoff throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dodsoon works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dodsoon lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Pupkoff!
That's one minute gone in the round. Pupkoff tries to hold on but Dodsoon pushes him away. Dodsoon sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Dodsoon working for a guillotine from mount but Pupkoff is in no mood to give up. Dodsoon avoids the attempt from Pupkoff to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dodsoon controlling his opponent. Dodsoon has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Dodsoon seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Pupkoff for as long as he can get away with.

Pupkoff manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dodsoon on his heels. He'll look to pass Dodsoon's guard now, I'm sure. Pupkoff throws a strike but Dodsoon rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Dodsoon works a leg free and moves into half guard. Dodsoon tries to pass the half guard into mount. Pupkoff knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Dodsoon is trying to control. Pupkoff wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Pupkoff tries to get to full guard but Dodsoon has control of the leg. Dodsoon wants to advance to full mount but Pupkoff doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Dodsoon trying to control but Pupkoff is working from the bottom. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dodsoon is stalling in the full guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jhon Dodsoon. Pupkoff moves into the clinch successfully.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Jhon Dodsoon will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Dodsoon controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Dodsoon pushing down on Pupkoff's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Pupkoff is refusing to be controlled, as Dodsoon sits in half guard. Dodsoon has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Dodsoon controlling the pace for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Dodsoon trying to control but Pupkoff is having none of it.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Jhon Dodsoon just wasn't active enough. Pupkoff throws a leg kick which misses Dodsoon's front leg but catches the back leg as Dodsoon tries to avoid it. A combination from Pupkoff does no damage. Pupkoff fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pupkoff closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Pupkoff throws a strike but Dodsoon avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Dodsoon is trying to control the position but Pupkoff postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dodsoon wants to sweep but no luck. Pupkoff looking to sit in guard and control but Dodsoon gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Dodsoon controls from within his opponent's guard. Dodsoon trying to control but Pupkoff is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pupkoff can't keep his opponent in guard - Dodsoon advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Dodsoon keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Dodsoon trying to control from half guard but Pupkoff is working away.
Jhon Dodsoon has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pupkoff, as that shot connected.
Dodsoon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pupkoff swivels and escapes. Dodsoon tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pupkoff sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dodsoon somewhat. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pupkoff stuffs the takedown attempt from Dodsoon. Dodsoon gets slowly back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Jhon Dodsoon showed his dominance in that final round. I think Dodsoon has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
