Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller comes to the cage accompanied by Disturbed- Haunted. Jason Miller has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, David Williams!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller shoots in but no luck this time.
Miller looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Williams looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Williams is trying to work for a kimura but Miller is defending well.
Williams stalling.
Let's hope that Williams has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Williams is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Miller!
Miller reaches up to try and control the position but Williams seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Miller rolls and tries to escape and now Williams has his back!
A bit of a pause in the action here. Williams controlling the positon.
Williams tries to get the hooks in deep but Miller pushed the leg off.

Williams patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
I would not like to be Miller right now.

Despite being in the dominant position, David Williams just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Williams gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Williams pulls guard successfully.
Williams keeping moving, preventing Miller from controlling successfully.
Williams looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Williams wants to sweep but no luck.
Miller with a flurry of punches that miss.
Williams lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Miller!

Williams looking to control but Miller is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Williams might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Miller kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Williams is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Miller can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Williams prevents Miller from getting the reversal.

Williams darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Miller avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Williams.

Williams is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Miller is just riding it out for now. Williams eventually gives up the hold.
Williams working over Miller with some ground and pound. Miller looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Williams wants to control but Miller is keeping him busy.
Miller won't allow Williams to pass to mount.
Williams is keen to just control but Miller is a slippery customer.
Williams content to control rather than advance.
Williams's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and Williams makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Miller wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Miller tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Miller stalling in the clinch but Williams improves position.

Williams jumps guard but Miller stands there with Williams around his waist. Williams gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Miller wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Williams is trying to trip Miller. He has hold of a leg but Miller is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Williams persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Williams decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Williams crunches a lovely knee into Miller's ribcage.

Williams turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Williams is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Miller is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Williams tries to advance to mount but Miller denies him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

David Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Williams closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Miller to the mat! Miller manages to get full guard.

Miller pulls Williams in close to his closed guard and prevents Williams from doing any damage or advancing position.

Williams seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Williams is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Miller has managed to free his arm - good work.
Miller tries to roll over but Williams keeps him under control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

David Williams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
