The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Belt on his heels. He'll look to pass Belt's guard now, I'm sure.
Belt has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Penn doesn't defend quickly enough and Belt has managed to lock this one up! Can Penn escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Belt on a fantastic submission victory.
