Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Temppa Turkulainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alistair Overeem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Turkulainen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Xilent - Clear your mind. Alistair Overeem has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Temppa Turkulainen's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Overeem has Turkulainen up against the cage in a clinch.
Overeem trying to control the position but instead, Turkulainen has worked for underhooks and has pushed Overeem into the cage.
Overeem is persisting with his attempts to control the action in the clinch, rather than do any real damage.

It looks like Alistair Overeem has been cut.
Overeem misses with an elbow over the top.
Overeem wants to break free but Turkulainen has control.
Overeem tries to break the clinch but Turkulainen is controlling the position.
Overeem has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Overeem has had enough of the clinch but Turkulainen keeps him there for the moment.
Overeem pushes off an throws an elbow but Turkulainen leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Turkulainen ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Turkulainen no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Turkulainen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Overeem gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Overeem really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Turkulainen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Overeem got a little sloppy there for a moment and Turkulainen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Overeem has managed to get both his arms back between Turkulainen's legs - danger averted.

Overeem is sitting in close to Turkulainen's body. Turkulainen has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Overeem is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Overeem is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Turkulainen.

After the fight, Temppa Turkulainen was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
