The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson wants to clinch up but Ryan keeps it at a distance.

Anderson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ryan's guard.

It looks like Don Ryan has been cut.
Ryan throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Anderson counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Ryan badly! Anderson follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Ryan out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Anderson finished him against the cage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). John Anderson !
