Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lester Koril (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Sabin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lester Koril! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chris Sabin! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sabin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Koril. Sabin is looking to clinch. Koril drives through with a takedown into Sabin's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Sabin controlling Koril's posture. Koril drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sabin manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Koril has Sabin in his guard. Sabin must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Sabin wants to control from the top but Koril keeps moving. Koril might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Sabin sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sabin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Koril is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Sabin looks like he's trying to stand up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Koril wants to stand up but Sabin has a hold of him and won't allow it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sabin can do anything to dispel that myth. Sabin throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Koril manages to pass to side control. Sabin is trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sabin pushes Koril away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Koril gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Sabin tries to buck Koril off but Koril is having none of it. Sabin is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Sabin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Koril. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Koril cracks Sabin with an elbow. That is naaassty. A bit of a lull in the action here. Koril in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sabin is trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koril trying to control the position but Sabin is working away. Sabin manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Sabin manages to get to full guard.
Koril postures up in Sabin's guard and throws a big left but Sabin blocks it. Koril wants to control from the top but Sabin keeps moving. Koril looking to sit in guard and control but Sabin gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Sabinis looking to pass into half guard but Koril pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Koril is in guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sabin is trying to keep Koril in close.
Sabin is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Koril loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Koril wants to control from the top but Sabin keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sabin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Koril manages to get himself to full guard.
Koril working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sabin. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Chris Sabin will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Koril throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Koril gets the takedown into side control. Koril decides to stand back up. Koril shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sabin sprawls well. Sabin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Koril gets slowly back to his feet. Koril misses with a double jab.
Koril could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Koril with a lazy takedown attempt and Sabin counters with a nice double leg into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sabin tries to free his leg and advance position but Koril is retaining full guard. Sabin stands up from Koril's guard - Sabin perhaps looking for a knockout. Sabin gets a double leg takedown into Koril's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sabin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Koril working for submissions but it's allowed Sabin to get to half guard.
Sabin looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Sabin wants to get back to his feet.
Koril won't allow Sabin to pass to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Koril works his way to full guard. Good work. Sabin is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Koril trying to control the position.
Sabin slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Sabin in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Sabin engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Chris Sabin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Sabin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Koril to the mat! Koril manages to get full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sabin sitting in guard here, content to control. Koril wants to hit a switch here but Sabin passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Koril there! Sabin tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Sabin working for a guillotine from mount but Koril is in no mood to give up. Sabin misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sabin tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Koril wants to hold on but Sabin pushes him away. Koril is looking to improve his position but Sabin isn't that keen on the idea. Sabin throwing strikes here but Koril is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Poor strikes thrown by Sabin there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sabin controlling from mount. Koril wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Sabin.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Sabin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Koril's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Sabin wants to clinch up but Koril keeps it at a distance. Sabin throws a right and a left that Koril avoids nicely. Koril misses with a takedown and Sabin counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sabin. Sabin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Koril is on top in guard.
Sabin wants to sweep here but Koril controlling him for the moment. Koril decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Sabin looks to clinch and Koril counters with a two punch combo.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sabin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Sabin working away. Sabin staying calm. Sabin tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Koril sneaks back into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sabin wants to stand up but Koril is controlling the position.
Koril wants to improve his position but Sabin is controlling well.
Sabin is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Koril sees it coming and defends easily. Sabin seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Still in half guard, Sabin seems content to control. Sabin is just content to waste time from the top position. Koril takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Sabin is stalling in the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Chris Sabin. Koril closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sabin circles away. Koril tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Koril throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Koril pushes Sabin up against the cage in a clinch. Sabin fails to pull guard.
Sabin just leaning against Koril, taking a breather. Koril is looking to break free of the clinch but Sabin has double underhooks. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sabin drops down looking for an ankle pick but Koril pulls his leg out and moves away.
Koril throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And that's the end of the fight! Chris Sabin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Sabin winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
