And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Rissi. Those never looked like landing.
Rissi could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Silva tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bequembauer Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rissi is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Silva's half guard.
Still in half guard, Rissi seems content to control.
Rissi throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Rissi prevents Silva from standing back up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Silva is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Rissi has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Rissi is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Silva is surviving well by controlling Rissi's body position as best he can.

Rissi misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Silva is squirming around, avoiding Rissi's attempts to control the action.
Silva wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
