Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Somchai Kangjai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Judah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Somchai Kangjai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Don Judah! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kangjai shoots in but Judah avoids the takedown attempt easily. Judah bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Kangjai gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Kangjai gets back to full guard.
Judah landing with the ground and pound. Kangjai keeping moving, preventing Judah from controlling successfully. Kangjai looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Judah pushing down on Kangjai's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Kangjai wants to get back to full guard but Judah has passed into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Judah wants to take Kangjai's back here but Kangjai is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Kangjai slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Judah tries to pass to full mount but Kangjai defends it. Kangjai is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Judah's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Judah's back! Kangjai looking to finish the fight with a rear naked choke. Judah is controlling Kangjai 's left arm and he spins nicely into guard. Judah forces his way into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Judah is keen to just control but Kangjai is a slippery customer. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kangjai wants to get back to full guard but Judah has mounted him! Kangjai is looking to get to half guard. Kangjai slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Judah postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Kangjai to stand up. Judah looks gassed! Judah just misses with a punch to the body.
Kangjai shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kangjai was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Judah is wriggling around trying to escape.
Kangjai goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Judah is on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kangjai wants to sweep but no luck. Kangjai throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Kangjai looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Judah passes into half guard.
Kangjai tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Judah has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Kangjai is looking to improve his position but Judah isn't that keen on the idea.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Judah misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Kangjai is looking to get to half guard. Kangjai is just holding on here. Judah manages to take his back.
Kangjai turns into Judah and is now in his guard.
Kangjai has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kangjai slips nicely into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Don Judah will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Kangjai checks the leg kick. Judah misses with a takedown and Kangjai decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Judah's guard. Kangjai has gone for a leg lock! Judah slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kangjai's guard. Judah avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Kangjai is looking for a triangle but Judah pushes his legs off easily.
Judah is breathing heavily. Judah stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kangjai swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kangjai manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Kangjai misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Kangjai is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Judah has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Judah! Judah thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kangjai wants to sweep but no luck. Somchai Kangjai overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kangjai is working hard here to advance position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kangjai trying to control the position.
Kangjai wants to improve his position but instead Judah has moved into half guard.
Judah is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kangjai doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Judah. Judah blocks the strikes from Kangjai.
Kangjai trying to get back to full guard but Judah takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Judah stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Judah gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kangjai moves into the clinch. Judah fails to pull guard.
Somchai Kangjai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Don Judah. Kangjai drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Judah gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Judah tries to pull guard but Kangjai holds him up against the cage and eventually Judah drops back down to his feet.
Judah tries to break the clinch but Kangjai is controlling the position. Kangjai keeps control of Judah as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Judah jumps into guard, dragging Kangjai to the mat.
Judah is looking for a triangle but Kangjai pushes his legs off easily.
Judah looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kangjai trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Judah trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Judah is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kangjai could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kangjai drops back, looking for a kneebar! Judah looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Judah looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Judah! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kangjai is looking for a sweep. Kangjai manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Kangjai moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Kangjai working for a triangle but Judah defends it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don Judah showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Judah misses with a takedown attempt and Kangjai counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kangjai. Kangjai stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Judah swivels though and keeps the full guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kangjai accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Kangjai stands and steps away. Judah gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Kangjai drives through and clinches with Judah against the cage.
Kangjai wants the takedown. Judah is fighting it off but Kangjai persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Judah's guard against the cage. Kangjai postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Judah has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kangjai can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kangjai pushes down on Judah's leg and manages to get into half guard. Judah trying to control here.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Judah moves into full guard.
Judah throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Kangjai is looking to work some ground and pound but Judah has wrist control. Kangjai looking to sit in guard and control but Judah gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Kangjai has his foot on Judah's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Judah works his way back into a safe position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kangjai wants to improve his position but instead Judah has moved into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Judah connects with a nice short shot to Kangjai's temple. Judah is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Kangjai wants to get back to full guard but Judah has passed into side control. Kangjai taking shots to the head. Kangjai defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Judah. Kangjai is looking to improve his position but Judah isn't that keen on the idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Judah swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Kangjai is now in Judah's guard. A big mistake from Judah there, giving up the dominant position! Kangjai is pushing down on Judah's leg trying to pass to half guard. Judah is fighting to maintain full guard but Kangjai has managed to sneak the leg through. Kangjai uses his free foot to push down on Judah's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Judah. Judah working to try and regain half guard.
Kangjai moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Judah has worked his arm free - good work by Judah!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kangjai wants to lay and pray for a moment but Judah keeps working. Kangjai is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Judah has escaped the position, nice work there. Judah is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Kangjai wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Judah, who protects the arm well. Somchai Kangjai has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Judah sneaks back into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Somchai Kangjai showed his dominance in that final round. I think Judah has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
