Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Mctanned (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juura Tuura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tuura has chosen Black Rokit as his entrance music. Juura Tuura has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Paul Mctanned! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Juura Tuura! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mctanned scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Mctanned is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Tuura knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Tuura tries to get back to half guard but can't. Tuura is trying to control Mctanned's posture but Mctanned avoids it. Mctanned is looking to take a break and control but Tuura is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Mctanned wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tuura, who protects the arm well. Mctanned wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tuura keeps working. Mctanned taking a breather here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mctanned in side control lands a decent elbow. Tuura prevents Mctanned from moving into mount. Mctanned has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Tuura! Mctanned working for a guillotine from mount but Tuura is in no mood to give up. Tuura is controlling an arm, preventing Mctanned from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Mctanned has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Tuura's face.
Mctanned looking to secure an arm triangle but Tuura defends it well. Tuura defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Mctanned.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mctanned takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Mctanned working for a submission but Tuura is keeping him at bay. Mctanned looking to secure an arm triangle but Tuura defends it well. Mctanned can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tuura is looking to escape. Mctanned controlling the pace for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mctanned trying to control but Tuura is having none of it. Mctanned is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Tuura to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Tuura shrugs it off. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tuura has left one of his arms exposed and Mctanned doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Tuura screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Paul Mctanned! During a confident post fight interview, Paul Mctanned thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
