Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kiryu Miyazawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giuseppe Giacomucci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Giacomucci has chosen Bee Gees - Stayin' Alive as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Giacomucci throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Miyazawa tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Giacomucci is in Miyazawa's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Giacomucci escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Miyazawa gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Giacomucci can do anything to dispel that myth.
Giacomucci wants to sweep but no luck.

Giacomucci is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Giacomucci really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Miyazawa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Miyazawa has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Miyazawa is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Giacomucci can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Miyazawa postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Giacomucci in real trouble here! The ref calls for Giacomucci to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Kiryu Miyazawa really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that QFClothing logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
