Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Linden Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neil Sillman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Linden Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Neil Sillman!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sillman connects with a body shot that sends Miller's belly button to the back.
Miller uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sillman.
Sillman connects with a good right hand that stumbles Miller. Miller circles away out of range and recomposes himself.


It looks like Linden Miller has been cut.

Miller drives through with a takedown into Sillman's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Miller postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Miller drops back looking for a leg! Sillman is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sillman manages to kick Miller off! Miller jumps back into Sillman's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sillman avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Miller trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Miller slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Miller is putting a hurting on Sillman here, landing some big shots from side control.
Miller trying to control the action but Sillman is working from the bottom.
Miller misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Miller moves into full mount!
Miller throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Miller thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Sillman wants to control but Miller is having none of it.
Miller has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Miller throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Sillman because Miller loaded up on that one.

This has been an exciting period of action!

It looks like Neil Sillman has been cut.
Sillman looks winded!
Miller content just to control the position here.
Miller cracks Sillman with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Miller breaks from Sillman's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Miller looking to isolate an arm here. Sillman doesn't see it coming and as Miller extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Miller!

Linden Miller seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
