The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phull doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Phull with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Esteban to score with a decent uppercut.
Esteban throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Phull.
Phull will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Phull fails with an attempt to clinch.

Phull has closed the distance and engaged Esteban in a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Esteban's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Esteban wants to break free but Phull has control.

Phull breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Esteban lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Phull circles away quickly and effectively.
Esteban misses with a hook. Phull ducked under it nicely.
Phull fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Esteban leaves Phull with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Phull tries to clinch up but Esteban circles away and keeps his distance.

Esteban takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Esteban feints a jab promting Phull to slip. Esteban then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Phull slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Esteban throws a right and a left that Phull avoids nicely.
Phull tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Esteban was well out of range. Poor timing from Phull.
Esteban lands a nice shot to the body.
Phull tries to close the distance and clinch but Esteban swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Esteban connects with a body shot that sends Phull's belly button to the back.

Esteban throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Phull.

Esteban slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Esteban misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Phull is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Esteban feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Phulls jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Phull backs away from a small jab... but Esteban lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Phull crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Esteban with a spectacular finish!
