Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hector Rosario (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Romo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frank Romo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rosario is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Romo's half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Rosario is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Romo doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rosario.

Rosario is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Romo is just riding it out for now. Rosario eventually gives up the hold.

Rosario stands up over Romo, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Rosario drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Romo manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rosario has Romo in his guard.
Romo looks winded!

Rosario has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Romo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Romo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rosario. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Romo is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Rosario has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Romo is looking to defend but Rosario has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Romo! Rosario pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Romo taps out and this one is all over!
