Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krostiner Magamedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Rutten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Rutten.
Magamedov slips a jab and a cross from Rutten.
Nice sprawl there from Rutten as Magamedov shoots in.
Rutten scores with a jab to the body.
Rutten displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Magamedov.
Rutten will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rutten connects with a body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Magamedov dodges the punch combination from Rutten.
Rutten throws a right and a left that both miss.

Magamedov shoots in looking for a takedown. Rutten tries to sprawl out of it but Magamedov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rutten manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Krostiner Magamedov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Magamedov on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Rutten just misses with a punch to the body.
Rutten keeps the fight on the outside.
Rutten drops Magamedov with a beautiful combination! Magamedov stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Rutten is looking for the KO!

It looks like Krostiner Magamedov has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Magamedov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rutten as he avoids it easily.
Oh Magamedov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rutten lands with a shot to the body.
Magamedov seems to have got his legs back now.
Rutten throws a right hand that Magamedov ducks under and follows up with a left that Magamedov also avoids with ease.
Magamedov get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Magamedov stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Rutten runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Harry Rutten!
