Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Gator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Jack Ortiz has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Ortiz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bob Gator!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gator stuffs the takedown attempt from Ortiz. Ortiz gets slowly back to his feet.
Gator throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Ortiz takes the fight into the clinch.
Gator tries for a takedown. No joy.
Ortiz is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Gator gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Ortiz prevents a body shot from Gator.
Gator misses with a short punch on the inside.
Ortiz pulls Gator into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Gator landing with the ground and pound.
Gator postures up.
Gator postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Ortiz is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gator is controlling him.
Gator slips nicely into half guard.
Gator thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ortiz's head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gator is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Gator winds up and cracks Ortiz with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Ortiz is refusing to be controlled, as Gator sits in half guard.
Ortiz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Gator tries to stand and escape but Ortiz is controlling the position.
Gator is trying to control. Ortiz wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Gator is pressing down on Ortiz's thigh, looking to free his foot. Ortiz is holding on for now.
Gator wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ortiz keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Bob Gator wasn't active enough on the ground.
Ortiz wants to slow Gator down by chopping away at his legs.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ortiz takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Gator scores with a decent looking hook.
Ortiz on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gator scores with a punch to the head.
Gator misses with a few strikes there.
Ortiz is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ortiz keeps the fight on the outside.
Gator fails in his attempt to clinch.
Horrible takedown by Ortiz or perhaps it was just good defense by Gator which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Ortiz. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ortiz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gator scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Ortiz is rocked!
Gator pushes Ortiz up against the cage in a clinch.
Oh Ortiz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gator tries to land a knee to the head but Ortiz blocks with his arms.
Gator pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A slapping body kick lands there for Gator.
Ortiz is breathing heavily.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Gator knocks Ortiz out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bob Gator!
