Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Witt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Face in the Sand kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fred Jones told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

With a record of 22 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aaron Witt!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 12 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fred Jones!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones takes a swing at Witt's ribcage but misses.
Witt tries to clinch but Jones is having none of it.
Jones catches Witt with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

That was a close round but I would say that Aaron Witt will probably get the nod.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Witt crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jones - the referee stops the clock and Witt gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jones. Witt manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
