Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Damien Lok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ted Lange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lok comes to the cage accompanied by pepper. Ted Lange has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Damien Lok!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ted Lange!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lok lunges at Lange with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Lange's hand.
Damien Lok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lok feints and as Lange raises his hands in defense, Lok changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Lok throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lange works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Lok is working Lange over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Lok's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Lok working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Lange's head.
Lok working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lok is stalling in the full guard.
Lok's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Lok is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lok works over Lange with some ground and pound from guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lok stands up over Lange, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Lok working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Lange's head.
Lok lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Lok stays in close to Lange's body and controls the position.
Lok throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Lok is stalling in the full guard.
Lange wants to stand and escape but Lok is having none of it.
Lok is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Lange has momentary wrist control but Lok slips an elbow through the middle.
Lok controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lok lands a couple of digs.
Lok has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lok with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Lange really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lok. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lange takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Lok just content to control the position.
Lok cracks Lange with a big right hand but Lange just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lok working the body and head with strikes.
Lok scores with a couple of short elbows.
Lok is working to tighten is grip on Lange's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Lange has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Lok is really squeezing tight and eventually Lange passes out! Lok breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Damien Lok!
After winning the bout, Damien Lok thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
