The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Warburton sprawls well. Warburton wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Brown gets slowly back to his feet.

Warburton pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Brown drops his hands momentarily and Warburton takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Warburton takes a swing at Brown's ribcage but misses.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Warburton here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
A left and a right from Brown both land. Nice combination.
Warburton lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Warburton.

Brown fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A nice inside leg kick there by Warburton. That's going to slow Brown down.
Brown gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Warburton gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Brown is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
