Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sergi Lutsenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Hydraulix 13.5 - D.A.V.E. the Drummer & Alex Calver kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 23 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Aaron Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie misses with a wild body shot.
Lutsenko drops his hands momentarily and Gracie takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Gracie lands with a right hand.

Gracie gets tackled into the cage by Lutsenko. Lutsenko maintains the clinch.
Gracie has a couple of punches blocked by Lutsenko.
Lutsenko prevents a body shot from Gracie.
A short body shot lands from Gracie as the two fighters clinch.
Lutsenko lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Lutsenko.

Gracie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lutsenko but Lutsenko pushes him off and we're back to square one.

A looping hook to the body misses from Gracie. Lutsenko does a little dance to reset his feet.

Gracie takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Lutsenko lands a nice hook to Gracie's body. Gracie takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gracie takes a swing at Lutsenko's ribcage but misses.

Lutsenko bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Gracie is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now.
Gracie gets back to half guard.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Gracie blocking the ground and pound attempt from Lutsenko.
Lutsenko is looking to take a break and control but Gracie is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Gracie has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lutsenko is working away from the top position though.
Lutsenko prevents Gracie from improving his position.
Lutsenko is keen to just control but Gracie is a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lutsenko is pressing down on Gracie's thigh, looking to free his foot. Gracie is holding on for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie wants to control but Lutsenko is keeping busy.

Lutsenko throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Lutsenko throws a right and a left that Gracie avoids nicely.
Gracie darts in trying to clinch
and Lutsenko counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Lutsenko wants to slow Gracie down by chopping away at his legs.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Gracie lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Lutsenko or not.
Gracie misses with a hook to the ribs.
Lutsenko lands a body punch in the clinch.
Lutsenko fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Gracie tries to throw a body punch but Lutsenko avoids it by throwing Gracie back against the cage.

Lutsenko works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Gracie tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Gracie tries to stall but Lutsenko uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Gracie tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Lutsenko lands a hook that snaps the head of Gracie backwards.
Lutsenko manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Gracie misses with a hook from the clinch.

Gracie pulls guard.
Gracie is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Gracie is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lutsenko is looking to work some ground and pound but Gracie has wrist control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lutsenko throws a jab when Gracie was well out of range.
Gracie lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Gracie avoids the body shot from Lutsenko.

Gracie has closed the distance and engaged Lutsenko in a clinch.
Gracie tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Lutsenko's elbow.
Lutsenko doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Gracie pulls guard successfully.
Lutsenko wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving.
Gracie wants to sweep but no luck.
Lutsenko stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gracie swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lutsenko advances to half guard.
Gracie wants to get back to full guard.
Gracie is trying is best to control the position here.
Lutsenko seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Lutsenko is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Gracie is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
