Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Buddi Zoom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Armin Van (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zoom's entrance music is Thunder Struck - ACDC. A fine choice. Van comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sail kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Armin Van will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Armin Van!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zoom misses with a takedown attempt - Van sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Zoom is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Zoom is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Van.
Zoom shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Decent striking displayed by Van there.
Zoom is rocked!
Van lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zoom circles away quickly and effectively.
Oh Zoom is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A combination from Van does no damage.
Van fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Zoom seems to have got his legs back now.
Zoom looks for a takedown but Van sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buddi Zoom. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Zoom is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Zoom prevents Van from standing back up.

Buddi Zoom decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
