Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wszebor Swiatlovod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Meogeedo Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swiatlovod fails with the takedown.
The fighters circling - Swiatlovod throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wszebor Swiatlovod seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Machida closes the distance looking to clinch
and Machida takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Machida drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Machida uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Swiatlovod.
Swiatlovod misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Swiatlovod throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Swiatlovod tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Machida was well out of range. Poor timing from Swiatlovod.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Machida closes the distance and clinches up with Swiatlovod, looking for a takedown. Machida pushes Swiatlovod against the cage but Swiatlovod circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Horrible takedown by Machida or perhaps it was just good defense by Swiatlovod which made him look bad.

Swiatlovod tries to score a power double leg takedown but Machida sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Swiatlovod somewhat.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Swiatlovod tries to bum rush Machida with a series of wild strikes but Machida uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Machida is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Swiatlovod scores with a couple of nice shots.

Wszebor Swiatlovod overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Machida flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Swiatlovod looks up at the clock and then as Machida takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Swiatlovod smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Machida is looking for a sweep.
